The site is built on a commercially licensed HTML template. Rights in that template remain with its author.
Several products we mention run on separate domains, including vms.mts-om.com, taprabt.com, inayahr.com, e-invoice.mts-om.com, incogniv.com, maugoodai.com, siyana360.com and distedupro.com. Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy. Signing up to one of those services is an agreement with that service, on its terms, not on these.
We link out to third-party sites, including social platforms. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We try to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Information can go out of date; product capabilities in particular change faster than marketing pages do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
