What this site is
This site describes what we do and how to reach us. Its content is general information, not advice you should act on without talking to us. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract for services.
Work we do for clients
Any engagement — a proof of concept, a deployment, support — is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement. Where these website terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
Please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system reachable from it
- probe, scan or test the security of the site without our written permission
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site's availability for other people
- scrape or copy the site systematically in order to republish it
- use the enquiry form or our contact details to send unsolicited marketing
Intellectual property
The text, images, layout, product names and logos on this site belong to Muscat Tech Solutions or to the parties we licensed them from. You may read the site, and quote or link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
The site is built on a commercially licensed HTML template. Rights in that template remain with its author.
Our products, on their own sites
Several products we mention run on separate domains, including vms.mts-om.com, taprabt.com, inayahr.com, e-invoice.mts-om.com, incogniv.com, maugoodai.com, siyana360.com and distedupro.com. Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy. Signing up to one of those services is an agreement with that service, on its terms, not on these.
Links to other sites
We link out to third-party sites, including social platforms. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Information can go out of date; product capabilities in particular change faster than marketing pages do.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in a separate privacy notice, which is not yet published, and cookies in our cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
