Careers

Small team. Systems people actually depend on.

A desk with a laptop and a tablet showing interface wireframes

The software we build is not a demo. It reads real cheques, watches real sites, and processes real payroll for organisations that notice immediately when something is wrong. That shapes the work: you will see your code reach production quickly, and you will own it afterwards.

What working here is like

Built and supported from Muscat

We do not hand finished work to a support desk somewhere else. The people who design a system are the people who keep it running, which is a strong argument for getting it right.

Bilingual by specification

Arabic is part of the requirement, not a translation pass at the end. If you have wrestled with right-to-left interfaces or Arabic text extraction, that experience is worth a great deal here.

Close to the problem

Discovery comes before code. You will sit with the people whose job the software is meant to change, and you will hear directly when it does not.

The kind of people we look for

These are the disciplines our work draws on. We are interested in strong people in any of them, whether or not a matching role is listed below.

Machine learning and computer vision

Detection and tracking on live camera feeds, OCR and information extraction from documents that were never designed to be machine-readable.

Backend and data engineering

APIs, processing pipelines and integrations with core systems that will not be replaced to suit us.

Web and mobile engineering

Applications and dashboards in both languages, built to work on the devices and connections our users actually have.

Product design and UX

Interfaces for people doing a job under time pressure, designed right-to-left and left-to-right from the same starting point.

Infrastructure and security

Deployment, monitoring and the operational side of systems that handle financial and personal data.

Open roles

No vacancies are open right now.

Rather than leave a stale list here, we say so plainly. Send us a speculative application anyway — when something does open, it is quicker for everyone if we already know your work.

How to apply

Send your CV to contact@mts-om.com. Tell us which of the disciplines above fits you, and point us at something you have built — a repository, a shipped product, a paper. That is far more useful to us than a covering letter.

If you are applying from outside Oman, say so in the first line, along with your current location and notice period.
