The software we build is not a demo. It reads real cheques, watches real sites, and processes real payroll for organisations that notice immediately when something is wrong. That shapes the work: you will see your code reach production quickly, and you will own it afterwards.
We do not hand finished work to a support desk somewhere else. The people who design a system are the people who keep it running, which is a strong argument for getting it right.
Arabic is part of the requirement, not a translation pass at the end. If you have wrestled with right-to-left interfaces or Arabic text extraction, that experience is worth a great deal here.
Discovery comes before code. You will sit with the people whose job the software is meant to change, and you will hear directly when it does not.
